Burnham Coaching is a personal coaching service based in the Monterey, California area.  We provide personal coaching to athletes from all cycling disciplines and fitness coaching at all ability levels.

Burnham Coaching is dedicated in providing leadership for sport and life.  We strive to instill  confidence, dedication, and commitment in all of our athletes.

Burnham Coaching is directed by head coach Chris Burnham.  Chris is a certified Level I USA Cycling coach, a certified power based training coach, and has raced extensively both on and off road.  He draws on his 10 years of racing and extensive education in exercise physiology.
