Why do you train?  What are your goals?   What are the demands of your key events?

These are all important questions and essential to your individualized training plan.    By assessing the demands of your event, your current physiological condition, your goals, and your ability to train, we will create a structured training plan that will help you achieve your goals and bring you closer to your genetic potential.

The key element in your creating your own custom training plan  is specificity.  By keeping your workouts specific to your goals, you will be able to achieve success faster than you ever thought.   Workouts will have a clear and specific goal and your training plan will be structured to maximize the training time you have available.    I will also update your schedule as often as needed.  If work, family, or other demands interrupt your training, I will update your schedule accordingly.

Training plans can be structured around power, heart rate, or perceived exertion.  Your personalized training plan will also reflect all aspects of fitness, both physical and mental, to achieve the complete athlete, an athlete that is both physically fit and mentally prepared.
