  • Personal Coaching based on power,  heart rate, or perceived exertion with unlimited communication.   This is the option for highly driven athletes that want the highest level of coaching interaction.

  • Coaching consultation and fitness assessment.  This option is for athletes not needing as much communication but would like an accurate fitness assessment and a customized quarterly training plan.

  • Fitness Assessment done on a Lab Computrainer Pro.  This is a non-invasive, accurate and repeatable performance test that can accurately set heart rate and power zones while evaluating how efficiently you can pedal.  This is highly recommended for self-coached athletes. 

  • Power training assessment by a USA Cycling Certified Power Based Training Coach.  Do you need to learn how to turn that high tech gadget into a useful tool or just want to have an accurate assessment of your power files and current training?  If yes, than this option is for you.  Quarterly training plan included.

  • Group coaching and skills clinics are also available.
